BOARD MEETING SYNOPSIS

January 9, 2012

Meeting called to order at 7:30pm by Supervisor Winn.  Pledge of Allegiance recited.  Members present: Parks, Klos, Winn, Christian and Wittstock.  December minutes approved.  Treasurer’s report approved.  Fire report given by Chief Phillips: responded to 5 runs last month (none billable) and gave an update on training. Senior report: 88 attended Christmas party (Achatz Catering) and 14 attended cookie exchange.  Board of Review appointed: Michael Alberty, Loretta McVeigh, James Parsons and alternate Brenda Miller.  Board member questions and comments: blood drive 1/20 at Senior Center (1-7pm) and waste water system update given.  Audience questions and comments: old hall questions answered.  Motion to pay the bills made and accepted.  Motion to adjourn 7:55pm.  A complete copy of the minutes is available at the township hall during business hours.
