Treasurer's Hours:        Wednesday
                                9:00 am ~ Noon                             

Assessor’s Hours:    Monday ~ Thursday   
                             3:45 pm ~ 5:00 pm

Board Meetings are the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m.

Planning Commission meets Feb., April, June, Aug., Oct., and Dec., the first Thursday of that month at 7:30 p.m. 

Zoning Board of Appeals meets on demand.

All meetings above are held at Senior Center Building.

Berlin Township is a zoned community. Permits are required.  If you are planning a project call township hall for permit requirements!!!

Did you know?    Berlin Township Ordinance Books can be purchased at the Township Hall for $20 ($25 if mailed).

St. Clair Count Plat Books can be purchased at the Berlin Township Hall for $27.
 

Rent Our Senior Hall

Many of our residents have birthdays, showers, family reunions and anniversary parties at our Senior Hall.
Residents ONLY may rent
the Hall for $125.00 with
a $100.00 deposit.
A $500,000 insurance
policy through your
insurance company naming Berlin Township as an
additional insured party is mandatory. 
There will be a $12.50 fee
for a reopen of the hall.
The Hall is a non-alcohol facility as of Jan. 1, 2010.

          Burn Permits

Burn permits are available at Berlin Township Hall free of charge. You must fill out the proper paperwork for a permit. It is good for four days and you may extend it by calling the Township Hall. 

It is illegal to burn building materials in Michigan, this includes 2x4's.
